EVENT RESERVATIONS
NEW STUDIO Reservations for Evolve Dance Competition open JULY 1 at 9AM Pacific | 10AM Mountain.
If you do not yet have a Dance Bug account, please sign-up here (approval can take up to 2 business days).
Ensure your spot on our 2026 Tour by reserving space for your studio. Reservation fees are non-refundable and will be automatically applied to your registration total. Reservation fees are due within 14 days of reservation. Reservations are not confirmed until the fee has been received. The reservation fees are as follows:
2-9 entries: $100
10-29 entries: $200
30-49 entries: $400
50-79 entries: $600
80-99 entries: $800
100-149 entries: $1000
150-199 entries: $1500
200-249 entries: $2000
250-299 entries: $2500
300+ entries: $3000
**All participants must be registered through a dance studio. Evolve Dance Competition does not accept independent registrations.
EARLY BIRD DEADLINE - NOVEMBER 1 2025
Entries and payment in full must be received by November 1st 2025 in order to be eligible for Early Bird Rates. Studio Owners and/or Competition Directors, please contact us at dance@evolvedancecompetition.com to request current pricing and available discounts. If you are mailing your payment, it must be postmarked on or before November 1st 2025 to be eligible for the Early Bird Rates.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE - DECEMBER 15 2024
Entries and payment in full must be received by December 15th 2024 in order to be eligible for the Regular Registration Rates. Registration closes on December 15th 2024, or when an event reaches capacity (whichever comes first). We limit the number of entries per event to maintain a reasonable operating schedule. Studios are entered on a first-come, first-serve basis, please register early to avoid disappointment. If you are mailing your payment, it must be postmarked on or before December 15th 2024 to be eligible for the Regular Registration Rates. As of December 16th, ate entries (space permitting) are subject to additional late fees.
Registration/Entries are not considered final until full payment has been received by the Evolve Dance Competition office.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Evolve Dance Competition accepts payment by Certified Cheque, Money Order, E-Transfer or Credit Card.
All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% administrative fee.
E-Transfers should be sent to dance@evolvedancecompetition.com. Please be mindful of your daily E-Transfer limit and payment deadlines. Payment in segments are accepted.

An NSF fee of $50 will be charged on all returned cheques. Please note, studio cheques are not accepted.
MEDICAL REFUND POLICY
If a dancer must withdraw from an event due to medical reason, a doctor's note must be submitted to Evolve Dance Competition prior to the start of the registered event.
CLICK HERE to submit a refund request due to medical reasons. All medical refunds are processed at the conclusion of the season, and will be mailed by June 30th, to the studio.
